People Advisory Services is split into six main areas:
HR M&A Transactions - In the HR M&A Transaction’s team we focus on advising and supporting clients through the entire deal cycle, providing a range of sell- and buy-side HR/people related services. Our offerings range from advice on the financial aspect of the deal, HR due diligence, day one readiness (considering issues including key employee retention, job mapping, harmonisation of employee terms and conditions and optimisation of total reward spend) to post-merger integration and post-deal value realisation and enhancement such as organisational design, consultation planning and execution together with cultural change initiatives.
