Our business development team helps drive market-leading profitable growth for the firm through a range of activities from client and pursuit leadership through to account growth support.

Our ambition is to double our business by 2020, and with the EU audit reform leading to more opportunities for growth, we’re looking to create a team of highly-skilled and highly-valued business development professionals who can provide EY with a unique competitive advantage in the market.    

Join us and you’ll be involved in shaping bid strategy: originating ideas, devising win strategies, owning the top-end pipeline and empowering our market-facing teams to drive continued success.

You’ll develop key relationships with clients through your involvement in complex, long-term pursuits. You’ll have exposure to the breadth and depth of our global organisation, which will provide you with the chance to really shine and stretch your capabilities.

The Business Development team at EY pursues high-profile opportunities across multiple services and industry sectors across the UK, so you’ll need previous experience of dealing with strategic bids, ideally from a professional services or consulting background. We also have a team dedicated to the financial services sector, working on large-scale bids for financial services clients across Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA) – language skills are essential to help drive success.
