Technology Risk Case Study - EY London
18.00 - 20.00
Technology is one of the most important risks facing businesses today. Systems and processes are becoming increasingly interconnected and automated and many organisations are now reliant upon technology to drive business strategy and growth. As the reliance on technology grows, risks also increase.
EY is looking for individuals with an enthusiasm for technology, risk and auditing in the Financial Services sector. These individuals will play a direct role in developing and leading Technology Risk client engagements.
If you think you want to be a part of this area, EY welcomes you to attend the Tech Risk Case Study session. You will work together in small teams on a case study simulation which will test your eye for detail and your understanding of risks of using IT and typical controls to address these risks.
You will have the opportunity to learn Consulting/Audit frameworks used in the industry, work through real life case examples and ask any questions you have regarding this area and EY’s graduate and undergraduate career opportunities in IT Risk & Assurance.
This event will be particularly useful if you:
Are in your penultimate or final year student looking towards entering a graduate or undergraduate scheme.
Attending this event will enable you to:

- Work in teams to identify IT risks in a given organisation’s IT environment.
- Think critically and work in teams to decide what control activities would help address these risks.
- Work on your presentation skills and share your results as if you were in a real life client situation.
