Transitioning To Work - Supporting Mental Wellbeing Of Young People

Oct 11 - 11

17.30 - 20.30

To mark this year’s World Mental Health Day, you are invited to an evening of discussion. What are the challenges faced by young people as they start work? What are the effects, both positive and negative on mental health? How can we support young people and create an inclusive environment in the workplace?

We will be hearing from Adam Dempsey, trainee solicitor at Baker McKenzie and Hannah Salton, career coach and consultant. They are both passionate about diversity and tackling the stigma around mental health.

Following Adam and Hannah's stories, there will be a panel Q&A session where you will have a chance to join the conversation, with drinks afterwards, to continue the debate.

The purpose of World Mental Health day is to raise awareness of mental health issues. It is a conversation EY is committed to taking part in, with this year's theme of "Young People and Mental Health in a Changing World" never more relevant.
