in business accounting with CIMA
Dependent on location, salaries start from £27,600 per year
How’s it structured?
After an EY induction you’ll join your team in either Financial Services (FS) or UK & Ireland (UK&I). We’ll help you develop the skills to decipher how each client problem is different and to find creative and sound ways of solving them. You’ll work across a range of industries including banking, capital markets, insurance and wealth and asset management in FS, and government and public services, energy, retail and telecommunications, media and technology, in UK&I.
In the first year you’ll get the opportunity to study for a CIMA qualification in finance and business law and may later be invited to complete a six-month secondment in a different business area, too. Throughout the programme you’ll also have access to informal training and development resources and your team will also be on hand to support you. Since no two projects will be the same, we’ll coach and mentor you in a way that will prepare you for anything. By the time you finish, you can expect to be well on your way to becoming a Senior Consultant with the opportunity to build a specialism.
