What will you be doing?
- Developing algorithms, models and analytics tools to help a diverse range of companies solve their problems
- Understanding how to turn client issues into technical solutions
- Building relationships with clients and colleagues across multiple teams and locations
Are you eligible to apply?
You’ll need a minimum of Level 2/GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language & Maths, three A-levels, 5 Highers or equivalent, and an honours degree (in Operational Research, Management Science or Applied Mathematics) by the time the programme starts.

How’s it structured?
After your EY induction, you'll be part of the Analytics and OR team in TAS where you’ll jump straight into learning business modelling and analytics practices and methodologies. Not long after, you’ll start working on solving client's problems as part of a team whilst learning a lot of new business and technical knowledge too. As EY's client base is international, you may have the chance to travel in the UK or further afield as their trusted business advisor.
Your learning and development are at the core of this programme so as well as having the support of your team and a coach, you’ll take internal and external training courses. As you progress through the programme, you'll take on more responsibilities, broading your skills and professional experiences so that by the time you finish, you may find yourself promoted and mentoring the new graduates.
