How’s it structured?
There are lots of choices for where your career can develop during our Transactions Support programme, so we’ll give you all the help you need to decide which path is right for you. First things first, we’ll bring you up-to-speed through a company induction and then you’ll join your team. As well as getting to work on real client projects, you will start studying for a professional qualification with ICAS, and may also get the chance to travel for projects and take part in internal training sessions.
As you progress through the programme, you’ll take on more responsibilities, broadening your transactions knowledge, sector understanding and professional skills. And, if you’ve done a good job, you will find yourself promoted by the time the programme’s finished.
