What’s it like?

When you get to work with new technologies and help clients disrupt themselves like Lauren does, you know this is better than your average industrial placement.

How’s it structured?

No two projects on this 12 month placement will be the same. After an EY induction, you’ll jump straight into work on real client projects in either Financial Services (FS) or UK & Ireland (UK&I).

We'll help you develop the skills to decipher how each client problem is different and to find innovative and sound ways of solving them. You’ll work across a range of industries including Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management in FS, and government and public services, energy, retail and telecommunications, media and technology, in UK&I.

You'll attend training courses and have access to learning and development resources as well as a supportive team to lend a hand.

Whether taking meeting notes or preparing reports for clients, we’ll help coach you throughout and if you impress, you might even be fast-tracked onto a graduate programme at the end of it.
