What’s it like?

Time flies when you’re having fun – at least that’s what our summer interns say. See why they describe their time at EY as brilliant, challenging, insightful and friendly.

How’s it structured?

After kicking things off with an EY induction, you’ll join a team and start working on real client projects. At this point, you can stop thinking of yourself as an intern and start thinking of yourself as a consultant. Don’t forget that your colleagues can help and teach you, too, so ask lots of questions. If you do a great job, you could be offered a place on a graduate programme to come back to, when you finish uni.

Where could a consulting career take you?

From degree to Director. Find out how Juliet did it, and how a career can fit into your life at EY, not the other way around.

What about the extras?

Regular mentoring and coaching, on-the-job training, a competitive salary, flexible working and a generous pension plan are just some of the perks that come with being a summer intern at EY.

Where do you want to be?

Our Business Consulting summer internship programme is offered in London.
